1. From within the application, select the Bluebeam tab.
2. Click Change Settings. The Bluebeam Conversion Settings dialog box appears.

3. Select the Page Setup tab.

Page Setup: Select the desired mode from the available options:

• Native (Excel) sets the plugin to use Word's currently defined page setup settings.
• Custom allows for the creation of custom settings. Once selected, the other settings on the page become available.
• Global defines the page settings for all output files that you create from Word with the Bluebeam plugin for Office. These settings will be saved between Word sessions until changed.

Click Manage to add additional Global page settings. Click here for further information about Global Page setups.

Click Save to save the settings for the current Global page setup without closing the Bluebeam Conversion Settings dialog box.

Top:  Click arrows to adjust top margin by +/- 0.25 inches, or enter a new value.

Bottom:  Click arrows to adjust bottom margin by +/- 0.25 inches, or enter a new value.

Left:  Click arrows to adjust left margin by +/- 0.25 inches, or enter a new value.

Right:  Click arrows to adjust right margin by +/- 0.25 inches, or enter a new value.

Gutter:  Click arrows to adjust gutter margin by +/- 0.25 inches, or enter a new value.

Gutter Position:  Select gutter position (corresponding to where the document will be bound).

Use Standard Margins:  Select this option to use the margins as defined in Excel's page setup.

To set a standard paper size:

1. Select the desired page size from the Paper Size list.
2. Select the desired orientation (Portrait or Landscape).

To set a custom paper size:

1. Select Custom from the Paper Size list.
2. Enter the desired custom values in the Width and Height fields.

Automatic: Uses the color setting defined in Word.

Color / Gray Scale: Overrides Word's color setting and forces the output file to color / gray scale.

Black and White: Overrides Word's color setting and forces the output file to monochrome.

Scale to Fit: Scales content to fit the page dimensions.

Wrap Contents to Page: Does not scale content.
